We recently started our final RE topic ‘Our World’ and we had a wonderful time in the school garden using our senses to explore the wonderful world which God has given us. We encouraged the children to ask questions about the world and discussed how some of these questions can be hard to answer.
All of the children wrote what they wondered about the world. We had some really thoughtful questions such as ‘I wonder where Heaven is’ and ‘I wonder where fish sleep at night?’ We stuck these thoughts onto some of our construction bricks and built our very own ‘wonder wall’ which we have used as a focus during our reflection and prayers this week.
